Bold Development is pleased to offer outdoor advertising opportunities in one of Chicago's busiest locations. This location provides tremendous exposure with more than 100,000 vehicular, pedestrian, and mass transit impressions on a daily basis. The #36 Broadway and the #77 Belmont buses both traverse this intersection numerous times daily. This is an ideal location to advertise to reach local residents on their way to, and from, home.

The signs are high-impact, full-color displays that are capable of displaying video, photos, text, and other graphics. These are the types of signs that you see in Times Square, and can be used very effectively to promote specials, introduce new products, display customer testimonials, and so much more.

Each sign features a five-minute loop continually run from 6 am until 10:15 pm, 7 days a week. 15-second, 30-second, or 60-second spots within that loop can be purchased. (Exclusive sign use can also be discussed.)

The number of exposures provided is extraordinary. A 15-second, 30-second, or 60-second spot runs 195 times per day per sign, 1,365 times per week per sign, and 5,460 times per 4-week period per sign. A 15-second spot provides 48.75 minutes in exposure on a daily basis per sign, a 30-second spot provides 97.50 minutes in exposure on a daily basis per sign, and a 60-second spot provides 195 minutes in exposure on a daily basis per sign.

Each ad runs simultaneously on both signs, and the two signs are located as follows:

Sign 1: Facing Northbound traffic on Broadway
Sign 2: Facing Southbound traffic on Broadway, and provides meaningful exposure to East and Westbound Belmont traffic

The standard rate card for advertising on the Belmont/Broadway sign is shown below and includes full basic graphic production of your advertisement. We will allow you to change the ad once per quarter without charge. Additional costs would apply only in the case of multiple ad changes per quarter, or for production that requires outside expertise, such as video services or logo creation.

The standard rate card for the Belmont/Broadway signs is as follows:

$450 for both signs per month for each 15-second spot within the 5-minute loop
$900 for both signs per month for each 30-second spot within the 5-minute loop
$1,800 for both signs per month for each 60-second spot within the 5-minute loop
