You will find each Bold Development rental unit to be completely upgraded, well-appointed, and conveniently located to nearby restaurants, shopping, and within close walking distance of the Metra, and/or the CTA.

Most of our units include hardwood floors, central heat and air conditioning, dishwasher, brand new kitchens and bathrooms, spacious closets, modern appliances, abundant windows, parking, storage, and best of all, every Bold Development apartment is PET FRIENDLY.

Prices range from $800 to $2500 per month, so we're sure to have a unit that not only meets your needs, but also meets your budget.

We require one month's rent as security deposit, and you'll need to be approved for unit occupancy. Our approval process is as easy as 1, 2, 3:

  1. Complete our easy application form
  2. Pay the $50 credit check fee, and
  3. Once you've been approved for unit occupancy - move in!

Bold L&H Lofts

Each residential unit at Bold L&H lofts offers an open loft layout, leveraging the strength and appeal of the nearly century-old building. The units are large, airy, and open with new lighting, exposed brick, HUGE industrial-style windows (each window opening measures 7' x 15' with many units containing multiple openings), central HVAC systems with exposed duct work, an individual hot water heater, in-unit washer/dryer hook-up, minimalist kitchens with oak or maple cabinetry and upper shelving, granite countertops, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stove, and a brand new white-tiled bathroom.

A closet aids in delineating the sleeping space for the 1-bedroom units, with the remainder of the unit being completely open. The 2-bedroom units offer large-sized bedrooms with 8' walls, entry door (many two-bedroom units feature full-length, glass French doors) and ample closet space. 100-amp electric service with in-unit breaker box is provided for each unit and much of the conduit carrying the wiring to the light fixtures and power outlets remains exposed.

The concrete floors are patched and sealed to create a true, warehouse feel. Unit sizes range from approximately 707 square feet to approximately 1,266 square feet. Each unit also offers a ceiling height of 11' 6", its own security system, and programmable thermostat.

The building offers unobstructed East, West, North, and South views. Each unit has incredible views of the City, and the large, industrial-style windows fill each unit with abundant, natural light. Of important note is that these views will remain protected, as current zoning does not allow for buildings of more than three stories to be built in the immediate area. Additionally, there is an on-site maintenance person that resides in the building.

Bold L&H Lofts also offers 68 indoor parking spaces, 32 indoor motorcycle and moped spaces, bicycle storage, a large first floor laundry room, and a vast roof deck with green features to allow tenants of the building the ability to enjoy the outdoors in a secluded, private setting. The roof-top also features a dog run for the building’s dog owners.

Bold L&H Lofts provides an outstanding value for your dollar and is located less than 10 minutes from downtown. The building is serviced by multiple CTA routes, including buses and trains. The California stop of the Green Line is located less than 2 blocks from the building and Washington Street and Madison Street buses are within seconds of your front door.
